REALTOR (18 years experience) Terry Ballentine has been a full time real estate
professional since 1976. After obtaining his Real Estate Brokers license in
June 1979, Terry began a 2 year management position in the MarVista branch of a
large Westside real estate firm. He then joined Jon Douglas Company, Marina del
Rey office when it first opened in 1981. He was appointed Assistant Manager in
February 1990. Jon Douglas Company was sold to Coldwell Banker in 1998. Terry
Serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the BHGLAAR Board of
Realtors. Terry joined RE/MAX in June, 2010 and serves as Regional Manager as
well as Real Estate Sales. Specializing in residential and income producing properties
in Venice, Marina del Rey, and West Los Angeles, Terry has handled the sale of
properties from Malibu to the South Bay. With a proven track record from year to year, he is
considered a true professional within the real estate industry and among his
clients. A majority of his sales consist of repeat clients and referrals which
speak highly of his client's satisfaction. Born and raised in Venice, Terry
attended school locally and graduated from Santa Monica College and completed a program of study as approved
by the California Department of Real Estate and the California Real Estate
Association. He is a designated E-pro. Terry is an adventurous,
energetic individual, active in many outdoor sports including water skiing,
snow skiing, scuba diving, fishing, and hiking. He plays in a Culver City
softball league year round and manages a co-ed Realtors softball league during
the summer. Residing in Venice with his wife, Terry is a devoted family man
